Need a spot on upper campus to lock up your stuff? The Memorial Library has lockers that are for day use. The keys can leave the building while they are checked out. Lockers are located on the second floor of the library. Check out a locker key at The Help Center desk on the first floor.

Case Studies in Sport Management (CSSM) is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on the publication of teaching case studies related to the sport management discipline. It is the Official Case Study Journal of the Commission on Sport Management Accreditation (COSMA). The purpose of Case Studies in Sport Management is to enhance pedagogy in the discipline through the dissemination of teaching cases across varied topics consistent with the COSMA Common Professional Component topical areas, including sport management, marketing, finance, and law. The journal is continually updated with new cases as they are accepted and published through the refereed review process, thereby providing users with new content related to the ever-evolving sport industry.

Hold Requests: How to Place a Request & Where to Pick Up Your Item

SUNY Cortland students, faculty members, and staff members can submit hold requests for items from Memorial Library by using ONESearch. To request an item from Memorial Library, find the item in ONESearch, scroll down to the “Check Shelf” section of the page for that item, click on the red “Request Item” button, and click on the “Send Request” button. After you submit a request for an item, you should receive an email when the requested item is ready to be picked up from The Help Center, which is on the first floor of Memorial Library.

STUDENT ARTWORK on display @ the Library Part 3

Student artwork on walls

On the second floor artwork is on display that has been curated from the Student Select Show each year. The Final Show in Dowd Gallery every spring is Student Select. This is a juried show (off-campus juror) where all students taking studio courses during the academic year are encouraged to submit. A selection of work is chosen by the Juror to be exhibited in the Gallery and then select works from the exhibition are relocated to the library to be on display for the next academic year. The artwork in this area is changed annually.

Located in the Library’s Teaching Materials Center on the First Floor of the Memorial Library. Come in the main Library entrance, turn left, walk through the lobby and into the Teaching Materials Center. The Disability Resources Office is on your right. STUDENT ARTWORK on display @ the Library Part 2

Student work on display from the Art and Art Histories Raquette Lake course

On the north side of the First Floor hallway is student work on display from the Art and Art Histories Raquette Lake course. This is a one-credit course required for ART Majors and is led by a faculty member each fall. This year’s Faculty Leader was Jenn McNamara. The artwork on display is created after the trip and is inspired by the students’ experiences while on-site during the course.
